Schematic Sources for "all"

A scan clones the repository at the given ref, runs its own build tooling in a sandboxed, time-limited process, and records every manifest under the registry root (default packages/registry/schematics). Discovered Schematics appear on the Schematics page tagged with their source.

Build a Ladle preview goes further: it installs the repository's dependencies with lifecycle scripts enabled and runs its ladle build, so tenant-authored code executes. Enable it only for repositories you trust; it never blocks the scan itself.

While a scan is running, its row updates on its own every few seconds.
