Page Transformer Routes for "all"

A page transformer composes several content sources into one output — a landing page assembled from a hero, an article list and a promo block. The transformers themselves are registered in the Substation's code; this page only binds request paths to them.

Routes are matched by priority (lower first), then by pattern. The composed result is cached and invalidated whenever any of its sources change. Vary by lists the request dimensions (locale, device) that produce distinct cached variants.
