How this page works
Each environment can have its own CMS connections, path mappings, redirects and frontend engine. Resources created without an environment apply to all of them.
Default means "used when a request doesn't name an environment" — exactly one environment per tenant should be the default. (This is different from primary on CMS connections and frontend engines, which means "preferred among several active ones".)
