How this page works
The Substation recognises a tenant by the host a visitor asked for. Each domain ties one host to this tenant and one of its environments — and so to that environment's CMS connections and delivery token. A host can belong to only one tenant environment.
Each environment has one primary domain. An alias (e.g. www.eon.de) serves no pages of its own: it redirects permanently to the same path on the primary host. Optional settings per domain: a default locale, a content root(a path prefix into the CMS, for one site among several in a stack) and a pinned CMS connection (otherwise the connection is chosen by its path patterns, else the environment's primary). DNS is not managed here.
